Will you work with me on a payment plan?
Yes, I do offer payment plans. Generally I require a partial up front payment in order to take your case. The rest we can work out.
Do you charge by the hour or the case?
Both. I prefer to offer a flat fee. That allows my clients to know how much a case will cost them, up front, no matter how long or difficult that case turns out to be. But, I do offer hourly options as well if that is what you prefer.
